Hired a Small Truck from Symes to move furniture. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with.

Just went on a school excursion to Dubbo using symes bus service.Barry our bus driver was amazing he was so helpful and wonderful with the students. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THANKS

Didn't feel welcome, seemed like passengers were guilty until proven innocent, driver was way too stern and made passengers feel like a burden. Only positive was getting there on time. Christmas day service to Grafton: driver refused to allow any food or drinks on board apart from water as apparently water was the only thing easy to clean if it spilled, which I have never heard from any coach driver around Australia in 20 years, but was told it was company policy. Is a coach company really that precious to assume people are intent on spilling things all over their seats? Are we animals? Driver walking up and down the aisle refusing to leave until all seatbelts were done, which I agreed with for safety but made us feel like children, then immediately turned on security cameras with CCTV screen projected at us to monitor antisocial behaviour"
