AVOID. Extremely rude attendant.Go to the 711 across the road for much better customer service, prices and fuel lock option.I've been to this servo a few times before with no issues, however this time around the operator made sure I will never return.I wanted to fill up my motorcycle, however the operator told me over the intercom to use another pump. Should've left at this stage however proceeded to push my bike around to the pump on the other side. 10 seconds later a car pulled up to the pump I was just at and started filling up.. anywayWalked inside, paid.. and asked him if there was any particular reason he made me push my bike around if the pump was working.He proceeded to tell me that he wanted to see my rego as there have been bikes driving off without paying recently.. how is that my problem?Suffice to say, I had my helmet removed from the moment I turned off my bike as I always do and the whole action was caputred on CCTV.The guy's rude attitude and demeanour has put me completely off side. This is one way to lose a customer.I'll be submitting a complaint directly with United Australia

This morning around 4 am my husband filled petrol at United petrol station on Narre Cranbourne road.He took the pump started filling,no petrol but only the meter working.He went and informed the person behind the counter and told him that no petrol is coming, he did something and then the petrol started coming. When he went to pay the bill, the attendant charged him $3 extra saying that it came up on the meter reading and he said that if you fill ULP early in the morning it happens. The issue here is the petrol station is cheating customers and charging them without the petrol coming. Thankfully, my husband refused to pay the $3 stating that petrol did not come out only the meter reading.How may poor innocent drivers are being charged incorrectly especially early in the morning when people are half asleep.People please be aware!!!

Customer Service: zeroStaff are on the phone while serving you and when I tried to use the discount shop-a-docket from iga, the worker said that it won't work immediately. Is the scanning machine switched off intentionally? Dodgy!

Fuel prices don't match what, maps says. Made a special trip here and they're charging 30c more than what they say on maps

Came in at 11.45 on Monday 24th October 2022. I asked where a certain chocolate bar was. The man behind the counter said I dunno have a look around. He was more interested in being on his phone. I called him out on this and he said he's under a lot of pressure. There was no one else in the shop or at the pumps. Not sure what sort of pressure he was referring to. I said if he likes I can spend my money elsewhere to which he replied thats up to me. Got some real sales moguls working here at night. Last time I come to this dump.

I went to this petrol station a few nights ago, was told to wait for 5mins before I could start using the pump for some reason. Then, after 5mins waiting, was then told to prepay for the petrol before using the pump. I asked what if I wanted to pump the full tank. The staff told me to leave my bank card at the counter in order to pump the full tank. What happens to my bank card if it was lost or stolen as I saw another customer left his bank card on the counter. It is very inconvenient to come here to pump petrol. The staff is not friendly at all. Since when we have to prepay for petrol at United? I definitely won't come back and strongly recommend everyone to go somewhere else.

Misleading advertising claims involving the nutriboost drinks, price tags we're actively covered with a 2 for 5 special that was actually for the 250ml variety(only visible in the smallest fine print) which they don't stock what so ever. Will be making a complaint to the ACCC for breaching Australian advertising standards.

Stopped by to put petrol in and paid with a Motorpass Corporate Card.Was not offered a receipt, when I asked for one noticed I was charged a motor pass surcharge fee. This should have been communicated or there should be a visible sign explaining the surcharge.Very misleading…
