Quality of meat has taken a nose dive. Have had to feed the meat to our dogs on the last two visits, will now be changing butchers. Two stars as they used to be ok.

My daughter and l visited this butcher yesterday and we just loved it, the staff were amazing, just amazing, the meat absolutely beautiful, highly recommended and we will be going back for more

Meat is disgusting and looks off! Mum and dad bought meat from big gun and they were disgusted with the quality! Dad made spaghetti bolognaise with the so called lean mince and it was oily but dry at the same time. I don’t know if it was even beef more like horse! They will not be returning

Great deals and they cut your meat when you buy in bulk.

The quality has gone out the window. I bought sausages, steak and lamb and the quality was below average. The sausages tasted pasty, steak marinade was gross.

Big Gun has a genuine care when it comes to the quality of their products. Fabulous service too, I wish I knew the butchers name who served us, he was right on point with his customer service and knowledge. (has a bleached ratstail). Thank you to him and to the team. Our freezer is stocked! Till our next shop!

I went to this butcher a few weeks ago I purchased over $500 worth of meat beef, chicken, pork first time visiting the butcher.I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN.Worst quality meat I’ve ever purchased.As soon as we got home we put everything in the freezer we only live about 15 minutes away we put it in the car with us not in the boot we also had the climate control on low. As we’ve been defrosting things we’ve noticed that every think smells rotten. As you open the freezer bags the smell of the meat is just disgusting. Looks like I have just purchased $500 worth of dog food.The only thing that doesn’t smell off is the pork sausages they were actually OK. I would advise nobody to go to this butcher. If I could’ve given them no stars I would have. One star is too high for this butcher. I should have only brought a few things to try this place first.more fool me I suppose.

Ordered over the phone for an EOW collection. When I went in I was met with the most welcoming staff! Super vibrant, energetic and helpful. My order was available, ready and waiting. Super easy to check out and pay.Only peeve (hence the one star deduction) was the sausages... the links weren't tied and cut uniformly, which made some sausages over 30cm long and others only 5cm.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Terrible butcher staffs, asked to cut the rib fillet into 3 cm thick and vacuum sealed, but most were closer to 1.5cm. Got it weighted at the check out, and there was about 1kg missing from the 4kg I was paying for. Only after asking, that it was conveniently realised they have left a kg behind? What a joke.
