From a prospective Tenant point of view, Francesca was fantastic. I am both a property owner and tenant and many times Real Estate Agents, in particular Property Management Agents are slow in replying to messages, if at all and quite unprofessional towards tenants. Francesca has excellent communication, she worked very hard to get us access to a property we were interested in to rent, and often working outside of normal hours - even a Sunday! I would highly recommend her! Thanks Francesca.

My wife and I lived in an apartment and a building managed by Francesca well over 3.5 years. We have been renting for the last 10 years and without a doubt, Francesca is the best real estate agent we have come across.She is kind, efficient, reliable and more than anything flexible and understands the client’s needs. She speaks for the tenant’s rights when necessary. She was always available, and she went above and beyond to assist us over the 3.5 years we lived at the property. We highly recommend her services to anybody.We greatly miss her!!!!

Francesca was utterly amazing with my wife and I. We moved from South America to Sydney and Francesca was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. She was clear about the renting process, contracts and bond. She was also so very expeditious and helpful during our stay.Needless to say, Francesca is just a lovely person (and her dogs are so cute) and I would most definitely recommend her!
