Godfreys Campbelltown Superstore

We are very please by the service we got today from Godfreys Campbelltown. Very polite and informative staffs. I was after the robot vacuum and one of the staff showed demonstration on various robot vacuum machines with their pros & corns. I end up buying ecovac t9+. I will recommend this store to any one who is after the robot vacuum.

Purchased a Werthem Evolution from the Campbelltown store today . Staff looked after us with great product knowledge and service. The vac works perfect, happy wife happy life. We will be back again once this vac runs it course. Thanks once again, keep up the great service.

Great staff, would definitely recommend to family and friends. Need service for my vaccum Wertheim not only it done quickly but also make like a new one very happy with it 10/10. I have been on the look out for a decent vacuum cleaner for ages and I have only walked away disappointed from most stores that I went to... Either they just tried too hard to sell me anything and everything to just not showing any interest in helping me to choose what was best for me... First question I got asked was how much is my budget and that always put me off... However, we randomly walked into the Godfreys Store Campbelltown on Sunday without much hope... And we were so pleasantly greeted by the staff... He asked us questions which made sense like what kind of flooring we had, what type of vacuum were we interested in...stick or corded etc etc and then went onto explaining the pros and cons of each... basically the genuine service that we were given at this shop by Sanil definitely made us feel very much at ease and his honesty about the products but more then anything...the amount of knowledge this guy had about all the different types and models of vacuum cleaners was just impeccable... We walked into the shop ready to be disappointed once again but we walked out very very satisfied with the warm customer service, the vast knowledge of the staff member who was genuine and not pushy or salesy type and with a vacuum cleaner in hand that we were very happy to be able to finally have purchased... This staff member ... Sanil definitely made all the difference and really made our day...

What sensational service my wife and I received from Godfrey’s at Campbelltown. Luckily enough we decided to step in the store after visiting other retail stores near by. A special mention to Amon and Nirmit who looked after us from start to finish! Thank you so much! Your knowledge and professionalism was second to none! It’s great to see sales people actually taking their time, demonstrating, explaining their products! They tailored to our needs and affordability!! We will definitely be telling our friends and family! No doubt we will be back!

I bought Hoover Vortex Pro in 2020 and after one year issue started. Even after 10 hours charge Hoover couldn't run at leat a minute.I took it to where I bought it; Campbelltown Bexland road Godferys. I was told the hoover should be sent for manufacture warranty and it took 14 days. After 14days the same product returned by saying the issue is fixed". In the recept it was mentioned as a charging pin issue.After another whole night chage hoover didn't run a minute.Had to take it back to the same place. Then I was told that is an mistake of technical staff and they haven’t tested it after fixing the issue.Finally I told him to replace the battery which has the real problem or provide me a on loan vacuum cleaner.At last he replaced the battery which should be done at first point to rectify the problem. Then vacuum cleaner worked fine."

Wishing that there was a zero rating for this store.Absolutely disgusting service (if you can even call it that). Avoid like the plague.Two man working there today were unapproachable and extremely dismissive.Went in twice in the same day as I was desperate for service as we were facing issues with our vacuum, we were ignored the first time and dismissed the second. Left feeling very frustrated, annoyed and stressed.Walked into another store in the same complex and paid 1k for a new vacuum, and had an awesome experience.Have been a loyal customer for years, however after today will never return!
