Had an antenna removed. Alex was extremely helpful, very prompt with any information I needed. Ian came and removed the antenna. Very professional and no mess. Would definitely recommend these people.

We had Jude come and install an antenna mount in our bedroom. He caused $960 water damage in our roof and $200 in paint to repaint our roof where it had leaked though.My husband called the boss Alex and he was no help, he wanted to send the same antenna man back - who broke the water pipe in the first place and who’s not a qualified plumber, which me and my hubby did not understand as they should have insurance for this type of thing .. unless they are bodgy and don’t have insurance at all.Do not use them you will regret it.

On installation, they are fantastic. They have hidden charges when it comes to help and resort to personal justification when a customer, like myself, ask them about the basis for their charges. irrelevant information is quoted as shield not to answer queries. They must work hard to try to listen more than talk.

Wanted additional TV point so contacted Antenna masters who were professional, prompt with reasonable prices. The office lady Susan was very prompt and knowledgeable. Then the installer mark who came on time and was very professional, friendly and very efficient. Well done Antenna Masters and thank you for your great service. (Khaled Mustafa)

Alex and Jude were fantastic. I needed my TV setting up again after electrician fed the cables behind the wall but couldn’t connect it back up!!! Nightmare. Jude came and quickly reconnected and provided longer cables as required. Clean work. Respectful of furniture wood flooring. He just knew what he was doing and got in with it! Worth every penny and came in at reasonable cost. No hesitation in recommending this company.Note that the actual power point in the picture was fitted by the electrician who’d did a great job there.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. This company installed an antenna booster to my rental property without consent, citing that if we weren't happy they would remove it free of charge. When questioned upon what standard they were using to determine that a signal booster was required, my rental manager and I were met with unprofessional defensive rhetoric and unhelpful suggestions. We were given the run around for months, without any concrete answers to our questions, and despite assurances that the bill would not have to be paid until the matter was settled, I kept receiving invoices from the company, and a threaten of court summons. If transparency and professionalism is what you're looking for I'd avoid this place like the plague.

Thank you for installing an extra point in the bedroom. Booking time and installation was done so quickly and the price was fantastic. The whole process was a great experience. I highly recommend your company.
