They made us wait then bloody gave our food away to the wrong person.. then ran after the person and had to get it back.. they ate our chips tho and we had to wait longer again.. beyond useless

This post is specific for the dark-skinned employee working on the 18/03/2023 at 7:20PM. He is the only employee working at the front counter at this time. I waited 30 minutes to make an order. He did not approach me in any way to warn the long wait time.I ended up leaving and ordered at maccas nearby and it only took 2 minutes.

Making a review solely because of the 1 hour wait time for a small meal order. Was told 10 extra minutes 3 times, and had rude customer service by the manager, rest of staff were friendly and assuring. They were turning customers away because of no stock remaining. Won’t be coming back and warn anyone who wants to go there to find a different one

Waited 25mins for our order to then be told there’s a huge backlog and our order hadn’t even made it to their second screen yet.Had to get a refund and went to McDonald’s instead.Not sure why they were still accepting new orders when they had such a backlog already.

There were only a few staff on, appeared not to know what they were doing. Took 10 minutes to place order yet only 2 people with orders previous to us....I ordered a zinger burger meal. I got original fillet burger and only gravy instead of potato and gravy. Had to ask for straw and spoon and serviettes as none given. Wicked wings were so overcooked too. Other people who I was with got given incorrect meals too... would definitely never go there ever again.

The chicken was tough, dry and curiously dark brown on the outside. The potatoes mash with gravy is inedible - watery with a weird taste. The tables were all dirty. Not recommended.

Complete chaosPlaced order at kiosk as staff is too busy prioritising drive thru. Kiosk credit card machine don’t work and no option to pay at counter. All we could do was to redo entire order on another kiosk. Ok Order placed with approx. 10 in front of us. Still took them 25min to get a wrong order outJust had to take this as it can take another 25min to fix my takeawayLooks like the staff lost control over the order s in kitchen as half packed meals fill the counter and staff try snd work out what belongs to what orderWorst part was seeing a staff member dropping the tongs on the floor and just put it back on the serving area to be used again. Very bad experience

The Colonel stood for a lot of questionable things, but I'm sure slow service was not one of them. The franchise owner needs to hire more staff.

The food took a bit to come out, but it tasted really good and fresh. I got the rippa bacon and cheese roll and the bacon burger. We also got the honey chicken which wasn't the best, was alot of the batter and not much chicken. I would recommend going here! The staff were nice and helpful!
