Worst ever KFC experience.Ordered on line. Pock up at the drive trough.Everything was rushed into my hands (although I was the only car)Everything looked fine. Drive off and as the family started unpacking and eating we realised one item wasn’t there. (6 wicked wings)Drove back and in a friendly manner told them at the counter that it was missing.After a few minutes the youngster who served it trough the window told me he was sure he gave me everything and it was there, and walked away.I had to bring my whole order back from the car, for him to open everything by hand and look at it.Then gave me the missing wings. And said in a grumpy way that it happens all the time.So I’ve asked for a freebie, like a freezo or something.He just said in a unrespectfull way: I don’t think so, it happens all the time.If it happens all the time, something must be wrong.None of my friends will ever buy from this KFC when coming past on a road trip.I expect an apology.As for the food. It was really nice, but the service is horrible.

Everything is so rushed they forget something everytime I go. Have learned to check the bag before I even leave the store which the workers should do before giving it out.

Staff are always friendly, but I think there is never enough of them for the amount of customers. Food is always to a high standard, thanks. Front serving area is under lit and a lighter theme needed. Overall good experience every time I visit.

Whoever runs this place needs to re-train their staff. Walked in and waited at counter for 5 minutes while a staff member walked back and forth on her phone past us, looking at us then back on her phone right behind the counter where people are served - and this wasn’t a kid but a grown woman. No acknowledgement, no “someone will be with you shortly” just plain ignorance. It’s just common sense regardless what field of work you do - you don’t be on your phone in front of customers and better yet you don’t ignore one’s standing right in front of you.

Went for dinner after our activity and as usual the service was great and swift. The food was as expected. We ate there and that was lovely too
