OK when to buy a tablet, that came with no charger $269 was the price, I said can you drop it to $240 due to no charger he said no $269, I said how about $260 , he was not willing to drop the price of $9 bucks to make a sale, so I went to cash converters in Warwick farm , found the same tab for $250 came with charger asked if they could do a better price they said $240 , they beat his price buy $30 bucks and gave me a charger what costs around $30 new ,so today I saved 60 bucks by not going there , so ill never go to captain cash cabbramatta again as the new guys is ripping people off!

Won a bid on eBay, paid for the item then traveled to pick up the item.When I got there, the store person said give me your drivers license I need to take a photo.I’m aware of fraud, so I was reluctant to give it over.I asked why is it needed, there was no mention on the eBay information when I purchased it about me giving my drivers license and you taking a photo of it.The store person replied” I don’t know that just what I’ve been told to do, then he said” I will call the manager, he can explain it to you.I spoke to someone on the phone and asked the Same question, they replied” that people have been pick up the items and saying they didn’t get them.I said” I have paid for this item already, eBay has a code I press on when I pick up the item and you have all my details, you are not allowed to request my drivers license unless it’s necessary.The person on the phone said” do you want it or not, I can just refund your money.Having traveled over 1.5 hrs to get there and then another to get back I reluctantly felt I had to or I would of wasted all the time.So in summary, they bullied me into handing over my license, in which they had no need for or reason to have.I have notified the fraud department at the AFP & will be taking this matter further with other organisations
