Bought the trike after reading the reviews. Don't be fooled. One of the part for the push-bike was faulty so I emailed for a replacement/exchange/refund but no reply still. Don't waste your money and buy another brand. There were few emails back and forth but that TOOK forever. Now, I have no replies and no replacement for the faulty part. We've DM on instagram/FB and they eventually made us give up. Worst customer service, tried to call them but no one answers either. It was a gift for our nephew and its been rather an embarrassing gift since they can't use or do anything but to have it stored away at home. Spend another 50 or 100 for something that would actually work. WORST!

Bought a scooter for my daughter's birthday. After a month of normal use, the brake fell off. After 5 emails and countless unanswered phone calls, we contacted NSW Fair Trading. They have been unable to contact the seller. We are now nearly 80.00 dollars out of pocket. Would actively warn people off buying from this company.

Bought this for my 4 year old and he loves it. It is very sturdy and the lighted up wheels make it very interesting.I would also like to mention the service is amazing, the owner is very quick in responding to questions.The scooter is also much cheaper to its equivalents in the market.

Communicated well during purchase regarding delivery status, clear instructions sent re building bike. I had one very happy little boy when his trike arrived in the mail! Really happy with the quality of the trike. Thanks Zoomy leisure!

The products are lovely, but they have terrible customer service.We ordered and received a push trike as a birthday gift, but it was lacking a part. After a month they send us the missing part by mail, but it wasn't complete again.... Despite numerous effort to reach their customer service by email and phone over and over, but I've got no response.It's even funny that no one answers to their phone number for months. Product warranty is no use, when you can't contact the manufacturer.Absolutely worst experience and I'm just sad.

Poor quality, unsafe scooter and terrible customer service. The handle completely snapped off causing my son to fall. The maxi scooter is meant for kids 4-8yrs up to 60kg but apparently 7 months of use by a 17kg 3yr old is a reasonable time for the scooter to last as they refused to replace it wanting me to pay cost price for a replacement despite a 1yr warranty because things break sometimes...had to go to consumers affairs to resolve

I initially really like this product and purchased the scooter and the balance bike. I recommended to friends who also bought. However the scooter board snapped (with only normal use by a 3 year old boy, so really basic). I contacted customer service, they said it can't be replaced and out of warranty. I was quite disappointed as I get really upset about stuff that ends up on landfill after such small use. I had to buy another scooter for my youngest, so bought a Micro.

DO NOT ORDER! ONE MONTH LATER, VARIOUS PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, DMs AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT THE MISSING PART TO MY SON’S BALANCE BIKE. SEEING MULTIPLE REVIEWS OF THE SAME I AM LODGING A COMPLAINT TO THE ACCC ABOUT THIS “BUSINESS” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TO DO THIS TO CHILDREN.

I’m a 53yrs old woman and I wanted to start scooting for exercise. I love this zoo my leisure scooter. Suspension is great back foot brake and front handle bar brake. Also love the drink bottle holder and the stand. I’m 1 happy customer. Talk about value you for money. I had been looking at scooters for months and nearly purchased another brand for double the price…..so glad I stuck with zooms. Five stars for customer service and incredibly fast delivery. A1 ZOOMY

Had bought a 3 wheel scooter for my son a few years ago. Its still going strong with the light wheels still lighting up. When I saw Zoomy selling an adult scooter I bought it immediately. Its great !! Zooming all over the neighbourhood with my kids now.
