I was quite happy until I found out that the car had major service items less than 1000km away from being due when I purchased it, their workshop was happy to perform the service that was to accompany the items but decided that the timing belt was not necessary. The service department staff informed me that they were under no obligation and that it was quite reasonable of them not to do it. He said that a mechanic should check over the car before purchase, this left me somewhat confused considering the image that this dealer seems to be trying to project... a member of their staff literally insinuating that they cannot be trusted.

Great experience buying new Isuzu from Justin Hurst acting as the salesman in this case . Courteous and helpfull at every stage of the transaction. Service Manager Bernard Lindsay personally went out of his way to explain several items and then readjusted an accessory to my preferences. Very impressive service.

Just went down with full intention of buying a car, was ‘greeted’ by lady at reception with a nasty attitude followed by a roll of the eyes- waited for a salesperson who was abruptly called over the PA system who never arrived. Walked out after 10 minutes aware of the term customer experience. First time dealing with this company, and last. Service starts at the front counter.
