We dealt with John for bookings and Elie for on site installation. Both were super pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Appointments and delivery dates were met as promised, and we appreciated that John and Elie made every effort to complete our ensuite shower screen install before the Christmas break which worked out very well. Nearly 4 months down the track now and the shower screen is still working as perfectly as the day it was completed. Easy to keep clean with a quick squeegee every day, and looks great. Even the follow up call from Joyce to make sure we're happy and to remind us to check hinges was appreciated. We'll certainly be back to Bella Vista when it comes time to do our bathroom reno later this year.

BellaVista were great to deal with, pulling out all stops to get the shower delivered in a short time frame. The installer went above and beyond to finish the job that evening. He came back to adjust the door so it closed properly. Would highly recommend them.
