Top Dentists Footscray

I’m writing this review as I just had my final stage of a root canal at top dentists which was recommended to me by a couple of family members. The dentist I saw was very patient and explained what was happening and the options I had. All stages were done professionally and I didn’t feel any pain. I will now go back for the crown. Thank you to top dentists for looking after me so well. I used to go “around the corner” but will come back to you as I am really happy. Thanks sue for helping me too.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt very comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming & friendly & the dentist was amazing with a good attention to detail. I would highly recommend anyone to choose Top Dentists. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Top Dentists are very helpful and make me feel comfortable. I had not been to a dentist for years and felt very self conscious but Top Dentists made me feel at ease and have looked after me since 2018. They also don’t charge me the gap on extras!!! Highly recommend!

After 4 years between seeing a Dentist, i asked for the best and had David who cleaned my teeth with minimal pain. He had hands like a surgeon and was very informative and honest, keen to see him again in 6 months time!

I am so happy that I found this place! I've had my teeth whiten and clean on 2 separate occasions with different dentists, and both times has been lovely. My gums and teeth are on the sensitive side, so thoughts about visiting the dentist can be rather daunting. I didn't have much expectations at first but the lovely lady at front desk Sue, was warm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and when I had the treatments done, both the dentists was knowledgeable and informative. They basically almost talked the whole way through to either divert my attention or to ease me which I thought was very kind. And now, I am no longer scared of visiting the dentist!

I seldom write reviews, but this is deserving of one. I met with dentist Tran for my appointment. Her service and care was extraordinary! I felt no anxiety whatsoever and the whole experience was pain free. Her conversation and interaction with me is what stood out the most. The moment I came in she instantly treated me like a best friend, that she has known for years, I do not get this very often from anyone providing a service or receiving treatment. Tran brings a healthy dose of humour and not to mention she loves traveling! I can't wait for my next appointment at Top Dentists, with Tran of course as she's now my exclusive dentist!

I visited your surgery last week after my friend recommended it. I was very happy with my clean. The Dr was gentle and thorough and he explained everything to me. Your prices are very reasonable because it used to cost me $60 more at my old dentist. I have recommended you to 2 of my friends. The lady at the front was very nice as I was very nervous and she talked to me while I was waiting.

Re my issues below, I was phoned by the dental receptionist and asked to come in so she could explain the way charges were derived, and to offer a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I was satisfied with her explanation, and appreciated the goodwill. The service remains of a very high standard. .... second visit ... I had a different dentist - Dr Alice ... who quoted me 200 to 250 for another broken tooth. The actual cost was 270 - I was charged an additional 40 for a consultation" which means i was advised about options. The receptionist is very professional.First visit: the Perfect Dentist - Dr Joseph Nguyen took care of my broken tooth. The filling he did looks and feels perfectly natural

I visited Top Dentists today as I was in pain. They were very accommodating fitting me in. I was really very happy as the dr took the time to explain what was causing the pain, my options and the costs. I’m now out of pain and have booked back to continue the treatment. Just wanted to say thanks to Sue and your team for helping me out today! Highly recommend!!
