Worse people ever met. They asked just double the price quoted earlier and denied if not paying him at last moment. Such a ditchy worthless greedy people who cannot be believed upon. Both Kym and his son are highly greedy people and unprofessional.If you don't want your arrangements to get disturb- DO NOT HIRE THEM. I made all the arrangements to move to that house for which flooringwas to be done and paid double and they have left the work in the middle..

I got my floors done by abetta a few months back, excellent, professional service! Employees were super friendly and cooperative. Everything I asked for was done and I was left with an outstanding product!10/10 would recommend.

Very poor quality of work. Left site very unclean. We have spots which have been missed with polish. Our biggest regret with our renovation is using this company.

DO NOT HIRE! The company changed the scheduled time at the last minute despite my having booked more than two weeks in advance. I rearranged my schedule completely which, when moving house, was extremely difficult to do. The workmen were then 3hrs late. When they finally arrived, I left to get to one of the other appointments I had been forced to delay. I arrived back, well within the time they advised, and they had already departed, leaving the house and gates unlocked and wide open with all the lights on (which couldn't be turned off because of the floors). No text or call to notify that they were leaving - they just vamoosed. They left rubbish strewn in the front yard and the huge dirty polishing pads were just chucked on the kitchen island. Kym couldn't really care less and told me to just deposit the money. Terrible customer service and honestly, the floors would have looked better if I'd hired the equipment from Bunnings and done it myself. DISGUSTING. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

We used Abetta Floors to sand and polish our baltic pine floorboards after lifting the carpet. Very happy with the outcome. The guys were easy to deal with, efficient, and highly professional throughout. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great experience with Kym and the team. They ripped up our old carpets and polished the pine flooring underneath, which has come up wonderfully. From my initial queries with Kym to the team leaving on the final day of work, they were very responsive, quick, and polite to deal with. We didn't arrange a skip for the disposal of the rubbish (as we have a few other things to do first) and so they ensured it was all piled up in a neat area of the garage for when we do get it all removed. We went with the water-based polish so we could stay in the house, and the team were still great at letting me know when the fumes were bad (initial sealant coat) and I should leave for an hour or so. Just a very professional and thoughtful team, would highly recommend and use again.
