I would like to add my sincere thanks to Anthony and the team at Health and Aged Assist for their recent help in transferring my elderly mother to another nursing home within the space a few days, including all the paperwork required to complete it.In fact, this is my second experience of HAAA's placement assistance in 10 years and occurred recently, out of the blue, owing to the original nursing facility notifying me that it was closing its doors for extensive renovation.Despite the initial upheaval of the transfer, my mother has settled into her new nursing home well and is actually flourishing which I never thought would happen. Thank you for achieving such a brilliant outcome for us.

Amber and the team went above and beyond to assist with finding a suitable home for my father. He has advanced dementia, which meant that we had to find somewhere highly suitable to his needs, which Amber was able to achieve. Such a relief that they were on board!We were also extremely grateful for the assistance that was provided from a financial perspective, to enable my father to be homed without any stress about money.I cannot over-exaggerate how wonderful it was to have the support of HAAA during this difficult process.

I had a great experience with HAAA after attempting the minefield of nursing facilities for my mother and they came through when I was finding it the hardest.I was looking at all the wrong types of homes and ones I clearly couldn't afford, but Amber was able to help me find one that was perfect for my mother given her circumstances.

We used HAAA to help with getting my dad into aged care and could not be happier with the service we received. From Vicki, who helped get us started to Amber,our placement consultant, they made the process stress free for us and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother – she would like to extend her enormous gratitude and thanks to HAAA and particularly to Amber and the team for helping her to navigate the often overwhelming and very stressful task of placing her husband, who has severe dementia, into a suitable facility. Amber has patiently and good-naturedly steered her through the mountains of paperwork and legalese. Nothing has been too much trouble and she has always made herself available. Amber has been an outstanding advocate through a very complicated process. Mum doesn’t know what she would have done without her. And all this has been done during the COVID pandemic! Mum highly recommends HAAA, Amber and all the staff, and cannot speak highly enough of them.

Great professional service provided.Amber from HAAA provided my mum and I a fantastic service, very professional. It's a very stressful time to put a parent into aged care.Am I choosing the right place,the right help needed for mum's health care. This is were Amber stepped in and was a great help, making the process much easier. Amber was very understanding of mum's needs, all paperwork, liaising with the medical centre etc was done.I would definitely recommend for people to use this service and especially ask for Amber, she was great at what she does.So much stress was removed from the process and now both mum and I are happy with the outcome.Thanks Amber.

Amber of HAAA was amazing at helping me find a good nursing home for Mum. I could not be happier and Mum has settled in well. Amber went out of her way to help ease any of my concerns and always got back to me when I had any questions. Amber was very helpful and efficient and friendly.
