Chemist Warehouse Macarthur Square Campbelltown

The male pharmacist is extremely rude. He treats customers so rudely and with disrespect. He has been noted to be yelling at people. Chemist Waterhouse is definitely loosing customers because of the behaviour of this pharmacist and other staffs.

I went to this chemist for my chronic condition medicines for the last few years and today i have to write this review after numerous of the same type of incidents happening to me. The people at the Prescription area are always rude and unhelpful. Their only attitude is to take scripts in/out quickly without caring about the specific request (eg. Medicine brands, expiry dates...). Whenever i wanted ask questions, requests, they would answer - WITH ATTITUDE, with little to zero responsibility and blamed on the customer (me) or the supplier. All they want is push me out of the store quickly after giving me the script (and take the money). They have a TYPICAL rude, all about the profit attitude. People come to chemists when they have health issues and we don't want to go back home being upset, unhappy. There are plenty of other chemists out there that treat customers respectfully. I made complaints to management of the store a few times, they said would look into it but nothing has changed in years. I will never step foot into this store again.

Great selection and there are some great staff but most of the others are really rude….customer service could use improvement.

I am a loyal repeat customer, and I went in hoping to buy perfumes for all the mums in my life (grandma, mum, my 2 sisters) and the service staff Rishita smelt so terrible, I've never been so disgusted in my life and a perfume section of all places. I could not stay there and left without buying anything. I revisted a few days later and service staff was still smelling! In the day and age of COVID I cannot fathom a service staff in a chemist smelling so bad. Absolutely disgusted, had to buy our gifts elsewhere. Please tell staff to use hygiene products and take a shower.

No Customer service , staff named Emmy was so disrespectful. She needs to get a training on how to talk to customers . You need to advice customers instead of ordering them . Sorry and thank you would be much appreciated.

Walked straight in to find an specific eyeshadow palette. The wonderful Elizabeth in the make up department went over and beyond to assist me. Great customer service all over the store actually. Well done.

I went to this chemist on Thursday 8th December to do some Christmas shopping and this older lady with blonde hair working in the perfume section was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked if I could smell a few of the perfumes. She was clearly annoyed (despite that being her job) at having to show me perfumes. I would’ve spent lots of money buying gifts from here, but because she was so rude I went to Myer instead. Extremely poor customer service. If I could rate it lower, I would.

Although this is a large chain of Discount Chemists it’s like I’m in a friendly family chemist every time I visit. My Father and I have always been treated respectfully by all the staff and they are very helpful and go above and beyond when it comes to advice and service. Terrible service, incompetent staff, doesn’t know where things are. I was looking at the perfume gift set for mum on the mother’s day, staff runs to me and says if u open it you will ve to pay for it, i told i was just looking at it. Then there is whole bunch of staff talking making the customers feel so awkward. Never going there.
