Great old pub with plenty of personality. Good hearty meals, ice cold beer on tap. The locals are a good bunch of people with plenty of stories over the bar... Caravan camping out the back with toilets and showers. Look forward to returning to this country pub. Thanks for your hospitality

Modern clean rooms. Not much road noise. Pub about 1km away and roadhouse next door. Often heavily booked with government workers, so book well in advance.

Hotel service was snappy and the server interesting to talk to. The place was well kept.

Stayed here by chance for one night early July in our vans behind the hotel as we needed a rest from travelling and hadn’t planned a stop for the night. Great little country pub with a bit of character. Awesome home cooked pub style meals and good size too. Staff are really friendly and service was excellent. Kids loved the pool table all evening and the manager set up some music for us too.Van park is very basic. Unisex toilets and showers were old and basic, and for the cheap price and one night only it was ok.Coal trains do pass close by very regularly as the railway line is approx 100mts away but this didn’t worry us.Definitely worth a stop in for a pot of beer and meal for sure.

Surprisingly good! Definitely worth the little detour into town for a nice feed.The manager there was lovely, very accommodating and helpful. Pizza was really good, we definitely weren't sure what to expect but this little hotel exceeded expectations. Pizza was quick, good size, and price with yummy toppings.

Spent a few hours yday in the pub and stayed(free camp nxt to the pub), relief Publicans were fabulous shared many tales thankyou. We felt that the meals were overpriced for what they were.

we had a great stay at this Pub. Arrived Sunday and it was Pizza night, great pizza. Bev the Publican is just a down to earth lady that loves a chat and serves a nice cold drink.

Publican was lovely. Food and drinks were terrific.We had a powered site shower and toilet and shower facilities. ✓

Beautiful atmosphere. Lovely staff. Good meals and fresh beers. The lamb shank was outstanding.
