Very friendly and helpful staff for parcel pick up. Helped me sort out a Startrack stuff up who first delivered to Tullamarine and then to Port Melbourne AP sites while telling me to go to Nunawading each time. Wish it was a bit closer to regular public transport but exercise is not a bad thing.

This place handles everything and does it well. Not only do they have parcel lockers with parking nearby but they are open until 6pm which means have a little extra time to get there despite working full time business hours.Be aware though - they aren't open on weekends.

This australia post business hub is one of the best I've ever seen. It has very friendly staff. There's a parcel locker as well. Also it allows to receive parcels just on this address as well. I've received few parcels which does not fit into parcel lockers. However never had issues in collecting them from the counter. The friendly staff is very helpful.They used to have a small post office as well.It's a pity that about an year ago, they've decided to close it.

The nunawading delivery person NEVER knock!!! just slip the note in the mailbox and run off. We were awake and home the entire time!!!! just ring the door bell like the Bayswater delivery person!!! i am going over to their google review and gave Bayswater post business hub a big fat 5 star!!!! the nunawading delivery person NEVER KNOCK !!!!!!!! PASS THIS ON
