The worst real estate I have ever had to deal with. They will lie through their teeth to take your bond money even when you have evidence the house was trashed before moving in! Don't ever rent through them they are scammers and will do anything to stop you from renting in the future if you take it further!! They never follow up on maintenance! I give them -0 stars!

I purchased a property.No welcome basket, but will charge a customer over $10,000 to sell it.I was trying to do my vacant possession inspection and they proceed to tell me what I should and should not do with the property.I suggest you go through a different realestate to purchase and sell properties.

In the past 3 months we have bought and sold a house through Kerry and we can not fault our experience. Kerry was very professional and friendly and went out of her way to ensure that we were kept up-to-date and offered to meet with us out of business hours if required. We were extremely happy with the package deal she offered us to sell our house which included the cost of selling plus advertising, amazing photos, walk through video and drone photography to capture the best of the property. I would 100% recommend Kerry.

The worst real estate in Gladstone, Qld...They are unprofessional and will get you to sign on anything just to turn around, go back on their word, and rip you off and send you a bill that you just signed off on, to say that you owe them money and then try to have you arrested for wilful damage!!! Unbelievable!!!.. thank God the police know what that company are are like... discusting!

Unexpectedly the sales agent left this agency and within one month I tried to get answer why there was no report on progress or why agent's mobile did not respond. Finally
