Angie helped us overcome several complicated obstacles she was well within her rights to brush off as out of the scope of her engagement. Angie earned every cent of her modest fee several times over. If you are buying or selling a property, Angie is your person! Not only does she have years of experience behind her, she's a lovely person that always goes above and beyond for all her customers, and is really reasonably priced compared to going through a solicitor! We have bought and sold property on a few occasions and the last time we were thinking about selling our place we decided to engage Angie after many recommendations, and her service was beyond what we were expecting! We decided not to sell in the end, but anytime we will be buying or selling in the future we have found our conveyancer!
