Lincoln Downs Resort

Im not one to review normally but this place is outstanding, Absolutely an amazing place to stay, staff are super friendly and super helpful, the pool is clear and clean and amazing to swim in the scenery is outstanding and my partner and I loved walking the grounds and the food was fantastic great priced and was outstanding would really recommend staying and we will definitely be back. This was our second state here for my wife and I. As was the first visit, our second was the same. An excellent facility to stay. The rooms are superb and finished extremely well presented. The rooms are very quiet and our rooms on both occasions overlooked the lake.

Drove to Batemans Bay and stopped over at Lincoln Downs Resort. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful with our booking. We booked a family room, the room was perfect. Our kids had their own room separated from ours. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The shower was really good too. I would definitely recommend staying here. Our kids loved it so much.

Honeymoon. Stayed for three nights. Room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily. Grounds are beautifully relaxing. Dinner at the Briar was beautiful as was breakfast. Pool area was lovely. Would definitely recommend

Lincoln downs is right at the start of Batemans Bay as you enter town driving down from Sydney. Rooms including the ensuite have been refurbished and look modern. We stayed during the busy period and can confirm that it is quiet at night. They have a small gym, pool and a deck area overlooking the man made lake.Take care as you enter and exit the property as it is a crest. 2 privacy blind boards were missing in the room we had booked and when I let reception know they said no one was available to fix it during our 2 night stay since it was the weekend. Location is slightly off, you will need to drive into town for most things.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay. Location was gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were warm and helpful, the room (Executive Queen) was super spacious and we appreciated they were serviced daily. Our highlight had to be the restaurant, we regret eating here just the once. We'll definitely be back.

Stay was nice. The entrance has a crest which makes it a bit difficult for the first time. Can see some man drinking beer in the pool area although it was prohibited.

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon road trip a couple of weeks ago. Staff were very friendly and the hotel grounds beautiful. We booked the Lakeside Suite which was just beautiful. It was nice to be away from all the other guests and have a bit of privacy. The room was very large, probably too large for 2 people but was really comfortable. Took advantage of the spa and the steam room. Was a bit weird that the spa was in one of the bedrooms which didn't really affect us being we were the only couple. We didn't have any conditioner or shower gel in the shower as the bottles were completely empty so recommend checking this before you jump in the shower!

Interesting little place room cosy nice spa but negative had a few too many stairs lug my big suitcase up stairs. Convenient off main road but not very safe entry/exit though. On the other side of Resort is pretty small lake. Worth a quick trip to get the experience. Closeish to beaches.

It was exceptional. I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends. The service was outstanding and the room was superb! My rating is a 10/10.
