Total recommend Shield. Ryan listened to my needs and was up front with what would work and not work. Total transparent with all costs and the communication was great, there was no pressure of up selling, gave me all the options so I could make my own decision. Called Ryan earlier in the afternoon and he fitted me in the same day later in the afternoon. Great service with no mess left behind. Ryan had a couple of tricky locks and there was no complaints from him, he work around all my belongings that were obstructing some doors. Well priced for what you get. Again 5stars and recommend Ryan, will use him again if I need any locksmithing done.

Our house got broken into and needed to resecure it quickly. Rang Ryan late in the evening but he was able to come over, change locks on 7 doors and left the house secure for me. Would highly recommend Shield Lock and Key. Ryan arrived right on time, was fairly priced, and did a really great job with re-keying my storage lock. He discovered additional issues with the lock caused by burglars in the past, and fixed them at no additional cost. Trustworthy and quality service!

Ryan gave prompt, friendly and efficient service. Re-keyed 7 locks, and alerted us to a worn mechanism on a security door that would have prevented key locking from working properly.
