Had an appointment booked for today filled forms in yesterday and got a message today saying my appointment was cancelled not impressed,lucky I found another beautiful lady to do my appointment today do not recommend at all.

I had my scan done in the middle of last year and I couldn’t be happier! Annette was so professional and welcoming! We were super comfortable and so happy with the scan! We were able to find out that we were having a girl! Our scan was put on a USB as well included in our package and we still show people all the time. I couldn’t recommend this enough! My best friend also recently went for her scan through Annette and she had the most wonderful experience and couldn’t believe how amazing it was.

Had gender scan, and honestly the tech made the appointment. Cathy? Absolutely brilliant demeanour, and so professional and so proficient. Had the best time. She’s incredible and this service is fantastic. Will recommend. Thanks again.

We arrived and had no idea where to go as there was noone there to welcome us , the lady was lovely doing the ultrasound we got to see baby for about 5 mins and we paid for the $150 package and $30 for the gender gold ball , when we watched the usb the actual gender part was just fuzz there is no knowing what any of the images actually are I had a clearer scan at 7+6 at the hospital. I'm disappointed in the usb as the pictures of baby aren't even recognisable for the cost I expected more .

Returning customer as last time I had a fantastic experience unfortunately can’t say the same for today, not sure of woman’s name as she didn’t introduce herself. Purchased the see me 3D 4D scan and didn’t experience everything listed as being included in the package. Quite literally heard baby’s heartbeat for all of maybe two seconds with no option of recording and watching like last time. Whole experience felt rushed & not relaxing at all. Bought this experience as a birthday present for my partner and both left feeling very disappointed especially when we didn’t get everything we paid for. So unfortunate as last time was fantastic but won’t be returning in the future

Had a friend pay for a 4d package as a baby shower gift and had an amazing experience! Annette was so accommodating and even though bubs was being stubborn and did not want to cooperate, Annette kept changing settings to get the best pictures possible. So grateful to have had this experience and would recommend this business to any expectant mother.

Omg I just had my appointment and WOW lady was lovely and i got to see my daughter and I even got pics of her and I got the heartbeat bear. As a 1st time mum I'm so happy will be coming back I'm one very happy customer
