Coles Box Hill Carmel Village

8 times now I've come here to find they have no stock of what I wanted. 8! And each time it's been a different item. I'll go back to shop at Schofields now.

Awesome place people are nice here and good selection of groceries, they never go put of stock in anything.

Nice and new. So, very clean. Lots of floor space and lots of good quality products available. Staff were very helpful in our visit today.

Terrible service. The girl at the express checkout got her finger out to count my items, and was making a fuss about servicing me due to the lack of space at the counter. I ended up having 14 items, I hope it wasn't too strenuous for her to process my order. I wish I got 12 watermelons.Additionally, she packed my fruit on top of the meat! I'm not sure if the staff are taught how to pack bags?Another time I came I had to ask 4 people if they had hot water bottles. I was sent to 3 different isles to look, and one guy looked at me blankly not knowing what I was asking about.Clearly there is poor staff training at this coles.If you come just to get your groceries and not expect any kind of service then you might have a more pleasant experience.

Nice big new supermarket. Plenty of space and well lit. Heaps of parking available.

Clean, spacious, and great selection. Love the clear entrance and the meat section..We found the meat and chicken parts that are typically out of stock when shopping late elsewhere

It's just newly opened ! The products are well stocked up and the staff are quite friendly ! Ample of open space parking available !
