Wrongfully kept my partners name on Tica. Even after he had won a court case against her previous realty. Will not answer phone calls .Don't bother with this company. Not professional what so ever!

I wouldn't even recommend my dying dog to rent threw sage Realty, if I could give a ZERO star rating I would, michelle is a piece of work she was so nice at the start but as soon as things started to break (from not being done right the 1st time or general wear an tear ) it took for ever for someone to fix it, then I was told I had to chase the company for things to be fixed, as soon as I breached her for water coming out of the light in the roof an the main gate snapping completely off an hurting 3 children (at different times while broken) she then turned nasty, we have recently moved an she has stated things that WERE clean were not in fact cleaned, she is also trying to take my bond for mould that they where told about (that someone was ment to come out an look at but never did ) she is just so unprofessional an likes to send unprofessional emails, lucky for me i have documented everything if you do end up under sage reality for some reason I highly suggest you DOCUMENT EVERYTHING ...

this real estate can not be trusted they kept my bond when I rented a house through them that had damage to the house and she blamed myself and my partner for the damage when we didn't to it also our house flooded and they did nothing about it I would not go through this real estate if my life depended on it and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either
