Have been a customer at Terry White FG for about 15 years. A great Family based Pharmacy, with attentive staff, fast service and good advice. Theo is a good bloke, and highly knowledgeable. I believe there has been a change to the opening hours, closing an hour earlier on Saturday (ie: 4pm instead of 5pm). Worth checking, otherwise a definite recommendation. Real customer service compared to the large warehouse" type Pharmacies."

Decent layout but the prices are very high - you can save at least 25% by heading down to Chemist Warehouse nearby. The customer service left a lot to be desired - I provided a warm hello and asked if they had something to go with the item I found on the shelf. Without saying a word or even delivering a smile in return they walked away from the counter to get it and then shoved the Eftpos machine in front of my face to process the card.

I did not feel welcome here! There is just a strange atmosphere, the owner looks bothered most of the time. They have a wall of shame with pictures of shoplifters that you as a customer can see. As an honest customer I don't really feel that great seeing all those pictures. That makes me as customer feel like a crook. I'm running my own business and people steel and that's a cost of running a business, you can't let that consume you. I rather go somewhere else where I feel welcome

Upped my review from a one ( based on cold unfriendly service in a consistent basis and totally unhelpful male pharmacist that works there during the week) to a two based on fantastic service from pharmacist working Sunday . Helpful and kind !

Great people, the owner/chemist is approachable and always ready to walkout from his workspace to help customers with any question other staff maybe unsure about. If his business can't provide a service, he seems to have the local knowledge of the area and his competition so as to recommend another chemist that can help. 5 years since I moved to Yeronga, and they've always been a pleasure.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by the staff here. I had ordered in a medication and it took so much stress trying to explain that I was simply there to pick it up. Lady who served me was extremely rude, couldn’t get two words in she kept interrupting me. Never coming back, I’ll take an extra trip to the nearby chemist warehouse in the future. It amazes me how they still have customers given how horrible they are for absolutely no reason.

went to terry White Chemist at Fairfield Gardens, the staff are rude and unhelpful especially the lady with black hair and has a pony tail she needs to get manners and stop thinking everyone comes in is a theif looking at a product to buy she was standing down end of the isle watching me like I was a theif and yes I saw you looking at me they are also give generic not the name brand thought I had wrong medicine they need to ask you if you want a generic brand don't assume

This chemist used to be really good, they have gone very downhill lately. Staff are extremely rude and are not good with distributing medications correctly so I'm constantly having to fix mistakes. Disgusting indeed! I also find it disgraceful of some staff members to be overstepping boundaries with the way they advise me and some other people about healthcare needs.

Incredible staff!! In isolation and got a delivery of my prescription meds within 2 hours from my first call to them (this is on a Saturday too, mind you). Definitely recommend! This will be my new go to Pharmacy. Thanks so much!
