I found Ray White Lutwyche to be very professional when leasing a property from them. Kirsten Valery was my property agent and she was always courteous, professional and friendly. Some agents can be a bit cold towards renters and make you feel like just a dollar sign, however this was not the case with Kirsten. If you are a respectful tenant and look after the property you are leasing, then you would get on great with Ray White Lutwyche, they are not intrusive and always give plenty of notice when seeking to gain entry or perform inspections. I would of liked to of stayed leasing from them however the right property wasn't available at the time and I wouldn't hesitate to apply for another property through them in the future.
