Hidden gem in Kyneton. Came here for val day dinner and was so spoilt. The food was amazing. The service was top notch. Great value for money. Definitely coming back for more!

Fantastic staff and an absolutely fabulous meal, highly recommend the eye fillet steak and green pepper sauce. Good selection of food on the menu with fresh local produce.

The Oaks Grill on Piper
Surprised such a limited starter menu - no bread, nothing light offered at all, so my partner skipped that.Oysters only thing - overpriced by a long shot - small for $4.50 each.Mains were ok, steak for my dining partner done exceptionally well - mine, underdone and with unpleasant unpalatable parts, not ok for a $49 steak.Desserts - three to choose from, none of which were appealing.Staff - lovely, but inattentive. There was no urgency to see we were served, or had drinks, had to ask for dessert menus.Potentially a lovely spot / good ambience, but the kitchen does not match the drapes.

The service at the Oaks is also commendable, with friendly and attentive staff providing a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.I in particular took notice of how immaculately well kept the facilities were even to the most minute details with folded toilet paper.I couldn't recommend more to make the trip.

What an awesome little restaurant in a beautiful small town. The two young girls ( one was Malava P) that served us though out the night and the male manager was so friendly and understanding to all their customers needs. Being full house that night the service from the staff was very sufficient, the food was divine! We had close to everything on the menu but the fried cauliflower, calamari was outstanding from entree, also our two favourite mains was the pork cutlet that’s was super juicy and the crispy pork skins was cooked how it should be crunchy! And other outstanding was dish was the lamb cutlets that was cooked to perfection!We highly recommend and will definitely be back!Thank you the team that made our night in Kyneton a night to remember.

Delicious steaks and omg, those chips were super crunchy on the outside but fluffy on the inside!Very friendly service with wonderfulatmosphere. Def recommend a visit when in Kyneton.
