Could not believe the rudeness of a worker called John. As someone who works in customer service i would never treat anyone with this disrespect. Rolling his eyes, speaking aggressively is not a way to treat a loyal customer. SHAME

I wish I could give zero stars! The gentleman working here told me I could only get a new opal card with cash as they are the rules set by Opal. I had none on me and missed my train to the city and my son missed his connecting train to another city because he wouldn’t let me pay with my debit card. According to opal he is incorrect and obviously being dodgy. Stay away from these scammers!!!
