Our smoke alarm was faulty and just randomly going off, day and night. When our building manager finally contacted Qld Fire Alarms at 2:30pm I was very concerned that we would have to go through another sleepless night. I contacted the company and explained the situation was urgent. Jess was very sympathetic and had a technician out in 45 minutes!Chris was excellent and when he realised that the units were faulty, not just dirty, he replaced both and fully explained the new units and how to clean and, should they go off for no reason, how to stop the alarm.I highly recommend!

Very impressed by Qld fire alarms and compliance. They worked extremely fast and got the job done in no time. I had to reschedule my original appointment and they were able to slot me in with no hassles. Such a busy time of year and everyone needing the alarms for the new legislation coming in January, we are just thrilled that everything ran smoothly and that they could fit us in at last minute notice. Jason and QLD Fire Alarms are an extremely professional and helpful company. I could not speak higher of them. I had a malfunctioning smoke alarm which was hard wired in. As soon as I called their landline a lady listened to the issue (apologies I have forgotten her name). She was extremely helpful in arranging Jason to pop in between his other jobs to help me. He was probably the most thoughtful and helpful contractor I have come across to date. After a couple of sleepless nights (and probably irritated neighbours) Jason and the team at QLD Fire Alarms fixed our problem and gave us a solution to avoid this happening ever again. He made me a very happy man and wouldn’t even take a gift in return for giving us the ability to sleep uninterrupted again. He was very patient explaining the new system to me - despite my sleep deprived brain asking him the same questions over and over! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing assistance with smoke alarms. Will be using his services again
