Very honest and professional when attempting to troubleshoot an applicable which tripped my power supply. Instead of charging me a callout fee to turn an appliance off, explained the issue to me and stayed on the phone whilst I resolved the issue. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a business with integrity and the customer at heart.

Josh and his crew did an amazing job soundproofing and painting our Toddler's room. Very friendly and helpful with great attention to detail. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

So late yesterday afternoon all our power failed from an earthing problem. I called several electricians in Canberra only to be told “turn off all your home appliances “ to “ sorry not available “. Then I called Stephen and he talked me through the process including removing the actual plugs from the PowerPoints and gave me a list of which ones to do first as he pointed out it’s usually water or kitchen appliances. Stephen stayed on the line until I discovered it was an older model Airconditioner and this solved the issue. Not many electricians would give up their tome at no cost (I even offered to pay him for his time but he declined. He has my vote now and my further business.

I used this company for a 6 burner standard BBQ clean, post new years. Whilst the website prices go from $99 to $139 being an Extra Large BBQ my 6 burner turned out to be $260. Whilst i was annoyed at the huge price difference and the incorrect website pricing I agreed. The guy who came, took the plates away to clean and did a good job in cleaning them. However, he then returned a week later and helped himself into my backyard without informing me. He had to cross my property and open the gate, avoiding my dogs to do so. He claimed he asked me but without replying he decided he would trespass anyway. He then did a quick clean and sent me an invoice for $308. When I challenged him he quickly revised this and then told me that the $260 he quoted me didnt include GST so it was really $286.Recommend you avoid. They dont operate in good faith and are untrustworthy.

I needed a small plastering job done to repair a water damaged ceiling, made an appointment via the web on Saturday for 9.15am the following Monday. Ben arrived at exactly 9.15, provided an acceptable quote and then he and his partner did the work shortly after. I was very happy with the end result, the cost and the professionalism of the team, would definitely use them again and very happy to recommend to anyone needing plastering work.

I had water leak damage recently which involved plastering of a new hallway ceiling. Ben and Jason are certainly doing the right thing. My initial phone call was attended to immediately and they fully explained what the work involved. They attended to the problem in a quick and efficient manner. To anyone requiring plastering work I highly recommend these guys. They are also nice friendly guys

Had a problem with the electricity circuit breaker trip at 7pm on Sunday. I rang Stephen who guided me how to locate the issue. Lucky i was able to find the faulty appliance and didn’t need an electrician. Huge thanks to Stephen for his guidance and professional advice. Highly recommended
