ARLA captured our wedding day spectacularly.Such a brilliant team of young photographers and videographers. Helena, Dalvin, Arnel, and Sury worked so well with each other and with us. Very discreet, took candid shots without getting in the way of guests or blocking their view. Even our guests noticed how on the ball they were. They were keen to try different shots, and captured our day so beautifully.We spoke to ARLA during lockdown to hire their services for our wedding post-lockdown, which was tentative because we didn’t know when lockdown would end. Louis was accommodating and assured us they would allow a date change under circumstances where we were not out of a lockdown. We also requested a chat with the team that were going to be involved in our wedding so they knew what we needed and to explain a few things because they had never done a traditional Indian wedding before. They clearly listened because they did a brilliant job.Communication was generally easy and clear, we were updated throughout the process. The photos were ready within three weeks of our wedding. Vania was amazing as the album layout designer - the process was seamless and changes were quickly made, and we received our album not long after we had finalised the layout. The videos took a long time, unfortunately, due to issues with editor availability. We were kept in the loop after the initial confusion, and they allowed a one-time redo of the initial video that we weren’t entirely satisfied with.All in all, we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to hire ARLA’s services. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, the photos and videos that we have will give us a lifetime of happiness.
