The person that they sent (Ayub) is extremely professional and a highly skilled worker. He was able to diagnose the problem that I had which had to do with the NBN box, router and the ethernet cables not being read properly. He came in prepared for the job and got it done in timely manner.

He went up and down my building five times, all to figure out the right phone line for my apartment.I was seriously impressed with how professional and patient Ayub was. He didn't rush or get frustrated. Instead, he took the time to really understand the problem, and he knew exactly what to do to get my phone line up and running.Furthermore, he stuck around while I got on the line with my internet service provider. Not only did he wait patiently, but he also helped me talk to the ISP people to get my modem all set up.In a world where customer service often seems to be on the back burner, Ayub truly stands out.
