Val creates super tasty and beautifully presented plant based food. While not vegan myself, I don't miss animal products in food at all when it's prepared like this! Can't recommend highly enough!

Any thing Vale touches it becomes...delicious. She is able to make any dish, even the simplest, look amazing.Every dish is packed with flavour and passion. A special and personalised service for any need.Also, she is a beautiful person, inside and out. I definitely wouldn't choose anyone else.

Whether you’re vegan or not, you WILL love Val’s food. Incredibly tasty, healthful, presented with flare, and it’s not the same old boring, same-as-every-other-catering service offering. You won’t be disappointed. 5 stars!

Vals food is nutritious and so very delicious! She has such a variety of mouthwatering dishes (from dumplings to paella) to order and hosts events so very well! Some of my best memories are connected to her food and the experiences she creates, thank you Val! Amazing work!

I recently attended a blindfolded vegan degustation at Plushtown. What a night! The space was beautiful, with intimate lighting, fairy lights and light projections on the wall.We were greeted with champagne and spectacular canapés before being seated and blindfolded. Eating while blindfolded is quite a task (!) but very amusing. It’s intriguing to let your other senses take over for a change and really savour each bite. The food was paired perfectly with some of the best wine I’ve ever tasted, and a live dj set that also somehow fit the food mood to a tee. When we first sat down, I felt a little sad that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy seeing the creation before me, but after each course Val (the chef) showed us how each dish was plated up and shared details of its creation. There was also an exciting element to the evening that I don’t want to spoil for others. I’ve had several vegan degustations in my time but this was unforgettable. Val, thank you so much for your creative genius. I can’t wait to come back!

Nobody ever knew vegan food could taste this good until now. Val’s creative wizardry in the kitchen is something to behold and experience and, it’s for everyone! Even the biggest of carnivores agreed. Highly recommend and she’s a gem of a human.

Val just catered for our wedding reception (for 40 people). We went for the substantial canapes she offers. The food was sensational! It far exceeded our expectations. It was delicious, beautifully presented and filling. No one was left hungry. All of our guests were raving about how amazing the food was, and most of them were not vegan!We couldn't have been happier! Thankyou Val!

Val prepared paella and salads for 50 guests at my 40th birthday. As the guests danced and enjoyed the party the delicious smell of cooking let us know the paella was almost ready.The food was great and the entire experience was smooth. Highly recommended.
