NCR Blinds, Curtains & Shutters

Loving my 100% linen double curtains and roman blind. Customer service has been very good. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and gone above and beyond to accomodate any concerns I had. I will definitely be using NCR in the future.

Great looking roller blinds.Second time I have used NCR and I am again happy.First time for motorised blinds though and they function very well and do an amazing job blocking out the light.Julie was fantastic at helping me decide what I wanted/needed. And Liam was great doing the installation.I would definitely recommend.

So very disappointed. My blinds and curtains should have been installed 6 months ago. Totally agree with the other reviewer saying the installer and person measuring were lovely.The incompetent attitude of this company has been mind blowing. I’m a very patient person. Curtains have been picked up and supposedly altered, to be reinstalled without any improvement. Blinds were missing from my order. It’s the worst service I’ve ever received during my adulthood of renovations. It took about 2 months to deliver my order originally and now another 6 months of people popping in to try and sort the mess. There are some lovely people working for this company but there is a serious issue in listening to the customer and rectifying a problem first time. Never ever again.I don’t have any faith in this company. Don’t bother replying. Not interested in any more excuses.

We found NCR to be very easy to work with - their promptness & workmanship were excellent. We needed to have our curtains installed quickly & NCR were able to accommodate. We would thoroughly recommend their service & found the finished product to be just what we needed. Thankyou NCR in helping making our house into a very happy home.

Can’t thank NCR Blinds especially Michelle - absolutely love my new curtains. They have bought a softness and warmth to the area. Once I pull the block out over at night, it’s so cosy! Truly great service @ NCR Blinds. This is the second time I have used NCR and wouldn’t try anywhere else. Before and after photos to see the transformation.

What can I say about the team at NCR Blinds, other than what a fantastic team and beautiful product.We shopped around for our Plantation Shutters, until we had paralysis by analysis, but Tony helped us make the right decisions, which suited our aesthetic as well as our budget.The accounts team were lovely to deal with and our installer Scott went above and beyond.We can 100% say we will not go anywhere else for future builds, nor will I waste time shopping around for the best price, because you get what you pay for and the quality at NCR Blinds is of the highest I have seen. Worth every cent. My only advice is to get in early because there was a bit of a wait, largely because they are in such high demand, but you'd expect it with such a great product from an incredible team. Thanks again, NCR Blinds, so glad we found you.

It was pleasing to deal with a company that keeps you in the loop as you go through the purchase, measure, quote, time when installation take place,and finally installation. They where on time,friendly, showed how to use blinds,and cleaned up after themselves. They were the highest quote I got but we’ll worth it, service was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone who requires blinds
