Not directed at Coffs Harbour store, but to the Good Guys as a business, buying a promotional item that resulted in a cash back offer, offer never received, tried calling, wrote and online submission ans finally re contacted to again follow up to be told.. the voucher has been issued and it may have been sent to junk or spam " and as it's expired we can re send the email but your voucher will still expired" honestly if you take weeks to reply to people's enquiries of course it will be expired and it's funny that all your other spam mail from you comes through about reviewing my recent purchases come through but yet not a voucher. Very tactical I feel. Should have known better to have waited for stick at Harvey Norman where there is never such problems or at least if there ever was a problem they a more than happy to resolve it."

We needed a cheap TV for our bedroom and Aaron at the Good Guys was fantastic with his advise very much appreciated - then our main TV blew up and back to Aaron again fantastic with his advice and service. What I appreciated most was he compared expensive TV with cheaper ones then gave us the option - no heavy selling just great advise. Delighted with both purchases, thank you Aaron.

Have been shopping at the good guys Coffs Harbour for years without drama , until recently after buying a washing machine and fridge . Payed to get both delivered , everything was good until we realised while the delivery guys were still here that the fridge didn’t have the shelves for the freezer , and there was what looked to be a crack in one of the fridge shelves. I contacted good guys that day in which they asked for photos of damage , lack of shelves and serial number of the fridge so they could “re order” and replace what we didn’t receive. I received no feedback on where this issue was at , and being close to Xmas as this happened Nov last year I let it slide.. I contacted them twice and was told that the person dealing with it was on unexpected leave and they would get back to me- no one did , I called again and was told they were still waiting and that they would contact me when they knew what was happening, then get a phone call stating the shelves were ready to be picked up , I went to the store - mind you I live almost an hour away from the store only to be told the phone call was to tell me that the shelves were not there but they had been shipped - which was not the phone call at all. I then get told again that they would contact me with an update. I was contacted today from Samsung asking for photos of the same stuff I have already sent the goodguys so they can try and sort it out. So after nearly four months after the purchase I still don’t have the shelves. Completely disappointed in the way this has been handled at Coffs Harbour and will never shop there again

Love these folk. I've shopped here for years and at their Canberra store before this. Staff are great, knowledgeable and the prices are competitive. Can't beat it.

Bought an LG dishwasher 3 years ago that comes with a 10 year warranty. Happened to purchase the extended warranty in store at the time. Came home last week to find the dishwasher showing an error code, rang The Good Guys Coffs to ask if we liaise with them or LG for repairs. Girl on the phone takes various details then says the repair job has been logged
