WISE Employment Hallett Cove

I would not recommend, very disheartening experience not once but twice. My son is suffering from depression and anxiety after watching his father die in agony when he was 17. He registered with Wise (Hallett Cove) at the beginning of last year after much persuasion by myself to try and get him back in to the work force. He had to meet with a Wise job consultant at Centrelink as part of the registration process. He turned up at Centrelink at the appointed time but his Wise job consultant didn't - he received a text message from her later to say that she was sick and couldn't make it - no apology, no suggestion of making another appointment, nothing! After this incident my son refused to let me make another appointment for him and hasn't worked since. I have talked him into giving Wise another go and called the main number 4 days ago and was told I would receive a phone call from the Hallett Cove branch either that day or the next day to arrange another appointment for my son, I'm still waiting! This is how Wise Employment at Hallett Cove treat people with a mental illness.
