We've used Rob a couple of times recently for various issues with our vehicle and he has always been quick to respond and able to help out.Recently he went above and beyond to help us with the organisation of our vehicle that was stuck on Fraser Island with starter motor troubles. He had great attention to detail and an honest can-do attitude, we will be using his workshop from now on for servicing in this area.

Very helpful and friendly!After Fraser Island we had a strange sound. After one call they offered to look our car immediately which was very kind since we are only here on holiday. When we arrived there and described our problem he had one look at our car found the loose thing and it was no big problem. He didn't even charged us anything!

This business helped us out at the drop of a hat. We were due to go away in two days to SA when we realised our motorhome roadworthy inspection certificate was due early June when we would be in SA. They got us in the next day and had it done in the first hour. They were so thorough that they found our outside step was held on by one bolt. They fixed the problem and all was good. They were so friendly helpful and did a great job. We will be going back to get our Motorhome serviced there. We can highly recommend them.

The guys at R&B are outstanding . Very professional and explain what is required for repairs with estimate of cost before proceeding .they have gone way beyond what you would expect from a mechanic shop . I have been overseas and they have organised my vehicle to be picked up and serviced prior to getting home. They have also done major repairs on a work ute and stored the vehicle in workshop for 3 months . Very impressed with easy going attitude.they run a great business particularly with customer service . which is rare these days .thanks guys highly recommend .

Rob went above and beyond to help us when our vehicle had a mishap on Fraser Island! We called him on a Sunday and he had parts arrived and ready to repair our vehicle as soon as we arrived off the barge on Monday morning! Thanks Rob!!
