Didn't have what I wanted in stock but always helpful and great staff 10/10 store

I have always left this JB HI-FI store feeling extremely happy and grateful, particularly if I have had problems with a product and need help getting it repaired or replaced. The staff here are extremely accomodating and kind.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Many products are on display to touch and see, before buying.14 day change of mind is accepted as long as all the packaging and contents are returned.

Have bought many things over many years.. always great service no matter how big or small the sale.

Worse service ever.I would give only zero star. I have bought watch for my child with extra 3 year warranty. It was not even one year and Manager said they have to send the watch for repair they can’t refund myself can talk to Company directly. Worth buying direct from company if they can’t take responsibility.Be careful when you buy something from this store they just puts their hand ups when it’s come to issues.

Their team has been very helpful and I can see that they went above and beyond to fix the issue. We ordered a TV and chose to collect. Our mistake was we didnt realize how big the TV was until after we ordered so we told the staff to deliver it instead of picking it up. Although there were issues at their end that kept delaying the delivery, they made sure that the TV would definitely be sent to us as soon as possible. On the same day after my follow up call to them, they got delivery sorted out and the TV finally arrived that day! Thanks to their team for their big help.

Great lay out & good service. They matched an on line price so that was a win. The whole proses was made easy by helpful friendly staff.

Bought a drone here and the guy in that area was incredibly helpful, even calling other stores for the add-ons I was after. Unfortunately I've forgotten his name, but very helpful chap.

EDIT**I left a review on their website about this and they rejected it HAHAHA classic if you're not praising them they don't want to post it... No nothing biases about that at all.Well too bad you can't block this one and let's be honest no one takes the reviews on your website seriously.If there was an option for -5 stars I would have selected it.Bought a sound bar from here that didn't work, it wouldn't play anything but free to air tv through it and it would turn my tv off every 10 minutes. I brought it in to return it and drip behind the counter tried to refuse me a refund even though the bar was 1 week old and without any damaged, He tried to tell me it was tv that was causing the problem... You can't be serious, so you're telling me the tv I have that's never had a problem and only developed a problem when I plugged a faulty tv bar into it is the reason the sound bar doesn't work and yet when I unplug the sound bar the problems coincidentally disappear..mhm sure yeah that's logical. I will now drive 15 minutes out of my way to another non JB scamfi store to spend money on myself or my company.
