Garage door supplier

Very poor company to deal with. The door is just over 12 months old, installed in a brand new house and the screws pulled out of the concrete. When I reported it they were only interested in trying to get out of the repair, told me to contact the builder and they only have 12 months installation warranty. When I told them it was because plastic screws were used rather than proper concrete dyna-bolts, they didn't seem to care. Only after I requested to speak with a manager did they send someone out, who was a contractor. The contractor diagnosed it as a faulty motor (later turned out to be wrong). When I followed them up, which was just before Christmas, they said it is with engineering and we will get back to you." Well its 16 January and still no response. Why it needs engineering I have no idea. I suspect they are just stalling me. So I decided to get an independent view on this door (another company) and they said the design was all wrong

So friendly. Great service and enthusiasm. Very quick to the job and flexible to fit around my schedule. After an analysis of my door, the service man gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to answer all my questions with details and explanation. Extremely professional!

Excellent prompt service today from this company. Springs to my door broke and were replaced expertly and my garage was left clean and all at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Excelsior doors again and can highly recommend their quality service.

Michael and his team at Rock Solid Retaining Walls did a great project for me installing a retaining wall, building steps and also fixing some leaking stormwater pipes that he found and replacing the paving afterward. The job was always very neat and tidy and he was really very helpful. I highly recommend.

Expensive for very little work done and could not explain the justification of the price for 10 mins work aside from the call out fee. (It wasn’t urgent so why a call out fee, I would have thought all his work is out of his office). Basically sprayed some oil around the rollers, changed a light globe and unstuck a lever for $120. Didn’t even remove the cobwebs. That’s more than a GP earns!! Also didn’t like dealing with a woman.He came early when my husband had specifically explained that we would not be available until 10am. There was no negotiating the price until I gave him a bad review and two days later our door isn’t working again!
