I called and spoke with Valentina this morning after being locked out of my garage. She was incredibly lovely and helpful and a pleasure to speak with.Only a few hours later, Brian squeezed me into a fully booked and busy day and arrived to open my garage door.They were both excellent, very friendly and highly efficient.As much as I hope I don't get locked out again, I can certainly speak very highly of my experience with Sutherland Garage Repairs / Accent Garage Doors!

My dated garage door motor caught on fire while I was adjusting it! Brian came down in super short notice and within 24hours from calling them, I had the unit replaced with a far more modern Merlin solution. Super happy, and its way quieter than our previous model! Amazing service, call out within 24 hours honest review of current equipment that failed and solution provided. Came the next day with new equipment and installed. Everything working well. Very happy with replacement Merlin product. Better than the original that came with the house. Highly recommend Brian and his team.
