Too busy to help us so we went to flight centre and got a great deal

Went to the 2017 Boxing Day Test & 2018 Aus Open Tennis with We the People. Absolutely loved every minute of both experiences. Gareth and the crew welcomes you immediately. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to attend by themselves, with friends or even as a family. We the People cater and welcome all ages and personalities. You just have to be a loud and proud Aussie fan!!

We recently returned from our holiday in Antartica and South America, everything was organized through Jennifer at Flight Centre in Orange. Wow! everything on our holiday ticked so much off the bucket list, Jennifer did a fantastic job in organizing everything from our transfers, tours, flights and accommodation, First Class experience all the way, we did not skip a beat, perfect, perfect, and more perfect. Thank you so much Jennifer and Flight Centre for making our holiday so enjoyable and stress free, Recommend 10/10.

Big White was fantastic, lots of fresh snow, we skied powder snow each day as well as trees.great way to spend the week of our wedding anniversary!!There is a lot of ski runs, so we were always finding new runs and challenges, signage was great all over the mountain, night skiing as well.Overall, the Big White resort is very friendly and well priced, we never felt like they had us trapped so would price gouge us.We stayed at Sundance, which suited us, mini kitchenette in the room, hot tub in the snow, sauna room, and ski in ski out.We will go again for certain.Thanks, Judy, for making it all happen!!

Melissa is very helpful and patient and has a great knowledge of destinations we were booking to visit.The entire staff at the Richmond location are all very professional and friendly.

RAA Mile End is conveniently located and has off-street parking. RAA is a South Australian service and brand that many people trust. The counter staff are friendly and helpful and I always feel like a valued customer. There are many handy maps, travel accessories, camping gear, luggage options and other products on display. I've used the travel service on several occasions and been mostly happy with the advice and deals. RAA travel insurance is outstanding if you are a member. I do feel that face-to-face service when making an insurance claim is warranted BUT sadly, it's the usual phone only option. I cannot fault the excellent handling of my car insurance claims - broken windscreen, rear end collision and carpark bingle. All dealt with quickly and fairly. I find that RAA team leaders are willing to listen to feedback and take on board suggestions for a better customer experience.

Would have given 0 rating if possible. Our first (and last) time visiting this store was an hour back when my husband went to buy fish. He was treated extremely rudely by the owner. His only crime was that he asked about the availability of fresh fish! Seriously pathetic, rather non existent customer service. Will NEVER EVER go into this shop. Uncalled for behaviour.
