I normally book my own airline tickets but decided to go through a travel agent this time because of our border restrictions. I was very pleased I chose Civic Travel. With the rapidly developing Covid situation in Sydney Ariel was invaluable in rerouting my ticket the day before I was due to fly out. I could not have travelled without her help. Highly recommended.

On behalf of RDA ACT, I highly recommend Ariel at Civic Travel for any of your travel requirements. We had a number of flights to arrange for speakers for an event in May ... Ariel had them all booked on their preferred flights, at great rates, quickly and efficiently (pretty much within the hour) ... everything you want from a travel agent. If you make regular corporate bookings ditch the do-it-yourself, save yourself a whole lot of hassle and angst, and book via this very professional, friendly agency.
