I wish I caught their names but absolutely lovely service from the three girls in the store today. I love the necklace I bought too.

Went to the shop to buy a bag for myself and the salesperson Alex was such a great person not only helped me to choose but also boxed the bag I bought without asking. He made me feel soo special. That’s what is called extraordinary customer service.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, with a wonderful selection of watches. I would definitely consider them first next time I want to purchase a watch.

I am absolutely overwhelmed by the fantastic final outcome of my remodelled engagement ring. I was dealing with Daniel throughout the whole process. I told him what I liked and showed him a few images of similar designs so that he could get some ideas. Daniel made suggestions of what could be done and drew up a sketch of what he thought i would like and also sent me autocad images of the design. It was exactly what i wanted and approved the design. The jeweller/s did a fantastic when job remodelling my original ring into my dream ring. When I got the call to come and pick up my ring, I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I will definitely recommend Class A Jewellers and use them for any future jewellry that I may want to get for myself or grandchildren.

I am a frequent customer here, and always had good experience. But I received appalling service on my visit today. I felt like I wasn't welcome here, thanks to blonde lady. Almost went through with the purchase but decided not to for how we were being treated. Either she is being forced to work there or we were discriminated. Not fair for the other ladies there who provide exceptional service.

Very happy with the service at Beville’s Northland. Have recently purchased several items and have always received positive and helpful customer service. Staff go out of their way to find a product or address a problem. Always a consistent experience.

If I could give less than one star I would, unfortunately a very negative experience with Wallace Bishop Carindale. My watch had a flat battery and was dropped off on the 11th of that month. The staff said it would be ready in a week and we paid up front $215. A week passed and I was confident that the watch must be ready so we contacted Wallace Bishop twice and both times they said they would call back and they never did.We then left it for a week thinking that it must be ready, when I spoke with them they said it would not be ready for another week and that we would be able to pick it up next month! I left it and rang again in a couple of weeks only to be informed that it was still not ready. Again promises were made by Wallace Bishop that they would ring and they never did. Eventually almost a month to the day the watch was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, the repairs manager stated that the glass face of the watch had been broken by them but it had been repaired, as though that was something to be grateful for. To summarise, I would not recommend Wallace Bishop to have your watched fixed, save yourself a whole lot of time and hassle and go to your local jeweler, who will probably do it in half the time, at half the price and will not require you to pay upfront for poor service.

A huge thank you especially to Sara and her team for their amazing help when my ring got damaged. They went above and beyond for me under circumstances they didnt have to and I cant thank them enough. They are very professional but also care for there customers and make sure there needs and happiness come first. My ring looks as good as new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you ladies.
