In the search of my first Omega time piece I came across Watches of Mayfair and decided to buy from them. The store is in London and has a online service in Melbourne, this is where I ordered my time piece from, the discount was great so I ended up buying my wife an Omega at the same time. Katerina was my sales assistant and from the start she was fantastic, informative, helpful and kept me up to date with the status of the order from start to finish. The order was placed and the service was super fast and both watches where delivered early and packaged extremely well. I can not fault this company in any area and will most definitely buy from again.Trusted company and great prices what more can you ask for. Would give six stars but it only lets me give five.

I would not hesitate to purchase from these guys again. The level of service that I received deserves 10 stars. From the first email enquiry to the delivery, everything has been seamless and nothing has been to hard for them. Katerina was an absolute pleasure to deal with, emails were replied to immediatey. She sourced the timepiece I was after within 24 hours, and delivered on her promise of 2-3 weeks, in fact it was 2 weeks from the date the deposit was paid. Katerina sent me photos of the watch when it arrived to ensure it was the exact one I wanted. Then sent the parcel via TNT Secure Couriers that required face to face delivery and signature. The watch was brand new and arrived in perfect condition.Very professional, very easy to deal with and extremely competitive in terms of pricing. I have purchased many timepieces through multiple high end jewellery stores and I have to admit some have a thing or two to learn about customer service from Watches of Mayfair. I was looking to purchase a new Breitling and came across Watches of Mayfair. They had excellent reviews and the price was amazing compared to retail outlets here in Australia. Despite the positive reviews I was a little skeptical but after a couple of calls and emails with Katerina I placed my order. Katerina was great in communicating the process and kept me up to date with progress. The watch arrived within the time frame quoted and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

I would highly recommend Watches of Mayfair. I recently purchased a new Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Green dial. There was a slight mix up initially with expected delivery time, however Watches Of Mayfair were not to blame. Katerina was brilliant in keeping me informed on the estimated delivery which was given as 6-8 weeks, I think it was actually delivered after just over 4 weeks. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Looked around everywhere to purchase an Aqua Terra Small seconds. I tried the Omega store in my city and it was priced at AUD $9500. Watches of Mayfair had it on their website for just over 8K so I ordered and paid for it.Communication and feedback from Mayfair was perfect. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get it. It arrived this morning one and a half weeks from date or order.Honestly why pay full retail for the same thing. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Watches of Mayfair again.
