An expert watchmaker, very friendly and helpful, fixed my watch on the spot! Highly recommend.

I am absolutely overwhelmed by the fantastic final outcome of my remodelled engagement ring. I was dealing with Daniel throughout the whole process. I told him what I liked and showed him a few images of similar designs so that he could get some ideas. Daniel made suggestions of what could be done and drew up a sketch of what he thought i would like and also sent me autocad images of the design. It was exactly what i wanted and approved the design. The jeweller/s did a fantastic when job remodelling my original ring into my dream ring. When I got the call to come and pick up my ring, I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I will definitely recommend Class A Jewellers and use them for any future jewellry that I may want to get for myself or grandchildren.

Had keys cut for a rental property and had to go back to have them fixed.They open at 9 am and I was there at 9:05 am.The guys said: Don't come at 9 am I'm never here".Well guess what......going somewhere else then."

Best service I have found with a Watch Repair/Service company - example - I had a issue with one of my chronograph watches that needed attention so contacted a local outfit near home who advised would be 2 weeks for a quote and then another 2 weeks for the repair. I walked into CBD whilst at work at 12:30, I left at 12:50 with my watch issue fixed, a new battery and my bracelet resized. All done for well under $40 Legends. Thank you.

If I could give less than one star I would, unfortunately a very negative experience with Wallace Bishop Carindale. My watch had a flat battery and was dropped off on the 11th of that month. The staff said it would be ready in a week and we paid up front $215. A week passed and I was confident that the watch must be ready so we contacted Wallace Bishop twice and both times they said they would call back and they never did.We then left it for a week thinking that it must be ready, when I spoke with them they said it would not be ready for another week and that we would be able to pick it up next month! I left it and rang again in a couple of weeks only to be informed that it was still not ready. Again promises were made by Wallace Bishop that they would ring and they never did. Eventually almost a month to the day the watch was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, the repairs manager stated that the glass face of the watch had been broken by them but it had been repaired, as though that was something to be grateful for. To summarise, I would not recommend Wallace Bishop to have your watched fixed, save yourself a whole lot of time and hassle and go to your local jeweler, who will probably do it in half the time, at half the price and will not require you to pay upfront for poor service.

Katie and the team at LeGassick are incredible. You really are in safe hands with them and that’s so important when you have sentimental jewellery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Katie is such an asset to the team and the company too, thank you so much.

Very poor watch repair skills and cheep, low quality repair materials. Wasn't able to recognize eco-drive watch and was arguing with me that my 10 year old(!!!) eco-drive citizen watch purchased from authorized retailers with citizen trademark and clear writting on the dial 'Eco-drive' 50m waterproof has a quartz battery - LOL!!! Replaced cracked glass. After 3 days it become loose and fell out somwhere in water compleatly destroying my watch. Refused refund, called me a liar and accused me of deliberately smashing the glass!!!! Seriously??? Rediculous. Lucky it was very old watch and I didn't care much about the outcome. However I do not suggest anyone to use his services unless it's a watch you can afford to destroy and loose repair money.

Very good service, they picked up our Laptop, fixed it and delivered it as promised, albeit it was a complex issue and they had to source components from overseas.Good people, good work, good service overall.

They got my watch up and running again for me with minimal fuss. They managed to replace the battery and replace the seals on my watch when i was told it couldn't be done locally. Happy with the price and service.

Great service, fixed my broken shoe zipper quickly. This was my second time at the shop because the first glue fix didn't hold. So I was happy they did the fix again without charging me, this time the fix was done with a metal rod rather than glue for a stronger hold. Would recommend and go back again.
