Thank you so much for the creation of my beautiful replacement wedding band after losing all my jewellery in a recent break-in. Created from my parent's wedding rings intertwined with a band of white gold to represent my original wedding ring, it's a ring of monumental personal significance and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The photo does not do it justice!

We just love Jim at Maleny jewellers. He is an absolute superstar. He helped my husband custom design my engagement ring, then helped us design a wedding band that would fit around the details of the engagement ring. He recently completed my set with and eternity band (see below).Nothings too difficult for Jim. He is incredibly helpful with planning and it’s amazing seeing your ideas come to life in the computer animated design he puts together.The whole team at Maleny Jewellers are just fantastic, highly professional and very friendly. I recently had the most amazing experience with Maleny Jewellers. I had a new bangle made by the amazing Jim, with all of my gold jewellery collected over the years that I no longer wear. I now have an amazing piece on my arm which is made up of some very special pieces of jewellery representing family members.Lou & Mel are amazing - they treated me like a best friend, not just a number. The added engraving suggested by the team is so precious. I have had the most amazing experience with the Maleny Jewellers team and I am already thinking about what I can create next. It was a chilly winter's day on a Thursday afternoon. On a whim I walked into Maleny Jewellers and was greeted by not one but two of the beautiful customer service team.A warm hello and a joke or two and I knew it was a place I would like to come back to. The good news doesn't stop there. In addition to being so welcoming and polite the team were so helpful and not in the least bit pushy.I came in to get a link taken out of a very uncommon watch, this was no challenge to the team who had it done in the best part of 3 minutes (being the store is full of beautiful watches, clocks and timepieces this is how I knew). An ear to ear grin on my face I smiled and thanked the lovely staff (I won't mention their names as I don't want to embarrass them) who then informed me the first one is complimentary!I was gobsmacked! Good old customer service and indeed value for money, surely places like this don't exist any more! Needless to say Maleny Jewellers is a shining example of what a good store should be. I ended up buying a beautiful cleaning cloth for my watches and browsed their catalogue. I am looking to go back and buy an Adina watch simply because they are so wonderful.I hope you have found my honest review useful. 5 stars and one tick (on my newly fitted watch).Yours in timekeeping,Scott

Beautiful jewellery and the staff are so lovely and helpful. I always feel so welcome and the staff go beyond anything to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. Shout out to Lou! She really had a feel for what I liked. I dont go anywhere else for my jewellery now . My photo is only 1 of many pieces I have bought there.

Thank you to Jim & the team at Maleny Jewellers. My new bespoke ring ...two is now one stunning ring! Jim was fantastic in the design process ensuring I was heard and liked what I saw the whole time.
