Lucas was absolutely sensational, he had a trainee badge on as was all on his own on the front counter and did an amazing job under the pressure he was under. I think it was only like his 7th shift as I asked him but he was so cool and calm under the pressure!Well done mateKfc please get this guy some assistance he is an absolute asset to your company

1 star is generous in my opinion so if I had the option to give none, I would. This store deserves to have a 0/5 star score. We went through the drive through and waited quite a bit of time before we were greeted, when greeted we were told they were out of a bunch of stuff but we had made an online order. The young guy said oh yeah no worries there will be a ‘6 min wait’, can you please park and I’ll bring the food out. When we arrived it was 7:09pm so therefore the food should of been ready at 7:15pm however it wasn’t, so we waited until 7:30pm. No one came out and therefore we drove back around: young boy said he hadn’t made the twisters and would make them now. So we waited another 10 mins, then we didn’t get any chicken. So we sat until he came back to the window and said ‘oh yeah, all I have is nuggets’ I’m like okay, can we please have those. Which he should of done already and then let us know at the window. Lots of things were buzzing in the back and I can only assume this young male was working by himself and that made it very difficult. Food was even served cold, instructions missed. Bread on the twisters was stale on the outside and had minimum filling. But by far the worst kfc I’ve ever been too and I will not be returning at all. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!q

We were the only ones in the drive thru and were asked to wait in the waiting bay even though there was nobody behind us, for the time it took them to finish our order you would have thought everything would've looked like the photo board, but no. My burger looked like someone had sat on it, and my wife's twister had so much mayo in it that it poured constantly out the bottom and she couldn't finish it due to it being so soggy.

This is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to. While I waited 45 minutes for my simple order, three people in front of me demanded refunds because their orders simply hadn't come. It honestly wasn't a very busy time either (8 p.m. on a Monday night). The indifferent teenage staff hid in the kitchen seemingly doing nothing, no manager to be found. The tables were absolutely filthy as well. My order disappeared from their list and after 45 minutes of waiting, I was told that I couldn't have what I ordered because one of the cooks had just decided to 'go home'. Nobody seemed to know or care what was going on. On the one hand I feel sorry for the staff, but after seeing the incompetent children working here, I wonder if it may be their own fault for not caring about anything and not bothering to try. When (part of) my food did arrive, it was soggy and half cold, with no cutlery or serviettes provided. The girl who served me was nice, but even she got everything wrong and seemed to have no clue what was going on.I ordered a Zinger crunch bowl which is supposed to have corn chips - what I got was half a dozen fragments of stale, chewy crumbs.Avoid this place at all costs!

It's sad and embarrassing. I don't blame the KFC brand but the management here doesn't take care of the quality of the food and service to the customers. How do you feel if your fried chicken is burnt, the size of a small potato gravy lid and you don't care to give tissues and spoons for takeaway. Is it worth turning back on the highway just to get the spoon?

We visited KFC last night on our way home from the mornington peninsula. We were informed that the fryer had just died so all they had were wicked wings and Popcorn chicken. I purchased 2 serves of wicked wings for my boys which were inedible as they were so dry. We threw out most of those. My 10 year old daughter had Popcorn chicken and 2 hours later was vomiting non stop with food poisoning. I sincerely hope that KFC addresses these issues promptly and takes measures to improve their food quality and safety protocols.

Chicken was extremely burnt and a very small piece of meat was given, did not have lettuce but instead a bizarre salad mix that overpowered the burger which they did not tell you about. Was given the wrong drink and was made to look like I was causing a hassle for the right one. On top of that no napkins given. Worst KFC experience ever

I wish I could go into minus stars, place was disgusting, wrappers everywhere. I went to drive thru and the told me they couldn’t take my order and to please come inside where they will take my order at the counter. I waited 10 minutes, no one came to the counter. I took my money and went to maccas next door.. L store

Management haven't trained them regarding the KFC feedback redemptions sizes for spending $4.95/$19.95.Ordered 10 pieces Wicked Wings but after waiting several minutes later, they came out and said they o my have 6 pieces and have to substitute with tenders.The wicked wings were overcooked and looked very dark. Darkest shade of brown ever seen in a Wicked wing!Tasted extremely dry. Must have fried the juices out of the wings. Poor wings.There is lots of parking and very spacious inside

People left waiting in drive through for person to attend with no idea what was going on. After many minutes of no service, even though lights were on, forced to go elsewhere or go inside. No communication that the drive through wasnt in service. Any sort of sign would of been nice.
