You turned up when agreed to give me a quotation and in less than a week the three systems ( 1 single & 2 Maulty Unit ) were installed. The team that did the installation were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly but took the time to ensure that I was fully briefed on how the systems operated. Also, they adjusted the fan speed on gas heating while here included full free service for my Ducted gas INT heating System . I could not be happier with the service I received. Fantastic service! Luke did a great job. I would definitely recommend him. Luke installed two air conditioners, one to replace an existing unit, and the other a new install. He cleaned up afterwards and was extremely efficient. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, everything is very neat. Turned up spot on time and ready to work.

5 Star experience!! I rang and spoke to both Ian and Jimmy and discussed what we needed for our Patisserie business. They were super helpful in recommending what would work best for our products and quickly gave me a quote for the equipment and delivery. Well within 5 days our brand new commerical NovaChill 600L fridge arrived and was readily installed by them. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the fridge, and the fantastic price! Finally, a repair company that got our Electrolux dishwasher working the way it should. Had a different company out last week and they didn't do what they said they could do, but Melbourne Appliance Repairs Service got it drying our dishes and now its completely draining water. Works like new!

We were really disappointed with Tonkin. We have heard quite a few horror stories about Tonkin but we were desperate for a plumber after all the rain. We had a guy from Tonkin turn up late for the job, he was about 17 or 18 years old and completely lacking in experience. He had no idea what to suggest and had no advice to offer after inspecting the issue. A complete waste of time and money. Ended up with another plumber from a different company who’s charge out fee was a lot less and he was able to tell us what work we needed from him straight away, unlike Tonkin.Won’t be wasting our time or money with tonkins inexperienced staff ever again. Avoid!

Was parked in the complex and this bloke came out screaming at me for parking in the wrong parking space. Absolutely abhorrent language infront of my two young children who were balling there eyes out by the time I managed to move my car into the correct parking spot... Would not recommend using his services in the future if this is his attitude around young kids!!!

HiHe gave very good and quick service also he fixed my fridge with cheapest price which other guy said not fixable but he done very good job ! He saved my fridge and my money too.i always recommend to all my friends. I am very happy with his service.Thank you very much. Good and neat work.
