Craig was quick to respond and booked me in for a repair almost immediately.From the first point of contact, Craig provided fast and efficient customer service and overall, I was happy with his service.I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing repairs!

Our first call had Craig repairing our Fisher and Paykel washing machine. He provided excellent quality service, and the problem was fixed. When the oven element blew, he was our first port of call to potentially provide a service and repair. He contacted us on a public holiday, scheduled an appointment and arrived as organised. Excellent repair and service! We’ll use Blackburn Appliance Repairs again, if needed, and recommend to friends and family.

I was chasing a part only and even though they could not supply as they are not a spare parts supplier he called me back quickly and was most helpful with discussing the issue I was experiencing and put me on to the OEM to purchase the part.

This company is one of the most professional and personal I have ever dealt with. I called in desperation after being completely let down by Fisher and Paykel. Craig was there on the day (not 3 weeks later), problem solved the situation and guess way...fixed it. This was opposed to the 3 weeks waiting for a F&P rep, who came out, gave me a 7 hour window (during school drop off times), criticised everything, left with it unfixed and then when calling after 10 minutes of him leaving, they told me they couldn't contact the guy who came out. I would have to make another appointment. As opposed to Blackburn, who just got in, treated me like a human being, really challenged his thinking and fixed the dishwasher, that was still under warranty. I would only call Blackburn with anything wrong with my Fisher and Paykel. You get treated like a human and they care about their reputation. Thank you so much.

Craig replaced worn components, cleaned and tested the machine and provided valuable advice regarding how best to operate and maintain the appliance. He communicated very well, arrived on time and we found him personable and very willing to answer questions and recommend options for appliance replacement.
